same thing for paint shop pro 8. need some experience to do that!!! slowly, everything will seem to be easy... ~.^
here, i'm giving u all the interesting guides of PSP8 .. enjoy playing!!

Clone Brush
1. Choose the Clone Brush from the tool palette.
2. Create new raster layer. 
3. Right-click to define your source.
4. Paint over whatever thing that u dun want on the image.
5. That's it!!!

Warp Brush
1. Choose the Warp Brush from the tool palette.
2. Use the push mood to stretch and elongate any part of the image.
3. Use the expand mood to expand the image.
4. that's it!! enjoy editing!!
