trying to make wallpapers or any thing?? editing your photos with Ulead??? Don't know how to use??? here... i simple guide for u! hope u understand!!!

Open an image in the PhotoExpress workspace either from the Browse or Photo Mode.

To open an image from Browse mode:
1. Select the image you want to open in the workspace.
2. Double click the image or click from the shortcut bar.
3. You can also select File: Open - Open Photo or [Ctrl + O] then select the image you want opened in the workspace.
4. If you have opened an image in the workspace before, you can open it again by double clicking its image in the Thumbnail Strip.

To open an image from Photo mode:
1. Click Get Photo - My Computer on the toolbar.
2. You can also select File: Open - Open Photo or [Ctrl + O] then select the image you want opened in the workspace.
3. If you have opened an image in the workspace before, you can open it again in the workspace by double clicking its image in the Thumbnail Strip.

Selecting and cutting images
1. Open an image in the workspace.
2. Select Edit: Selection from the Command panel. From the submenu select the selection tool you want to use.
3. Depending on the selection tool selected, there are various settings for you to determine. Set the applicable options to the desired settings.
4. Depending on the selection tool selected, there are various ways to make the selection :
- Shape Drag to mouse over the area you want selected.
- SmartSelect Click at the area of the image that you want as your starting point for your selection. Drag then click to create the various points of the selection. Double click or click the red ball to close the selection
- Trace Click at the area of the image that you want as your starting point for your selection. From there click and drag to create your selection shape. Double click to finish the selection.
- By Color Click on the image that you want to include in the selection.

Creating parts of an image into an object
1. Open an image in the workspace.
2. Select Edit: Selection from the Command panel.
3. From the submenu, select the type of selection you want to use.
4. Create a selection area in the image.
5. Drag the selection area from its original position to anywhere in the workspace. Hold down Shift if you want to cut the selection area. The original selection area will be filled with white.
6. The selection is now an image object.
